In the Size group, click the Size and Position dialog box launcher. You might have to double-click the picture to open the Format tab. NOTE If you do not see the Picture Tools and Format tabs, make sure that you selected a picture. You can then enter both a Height and Width measurement. If you are okay with changing the proportions (not generally recommended, as it can make the image look odd), then uncheck the Lock aspect ratio check box. The other measurement will change proportionately. Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Size group, enter EITHER a Height or Width.
